At FashIndia, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 24-hour refund/return policy under the following conditions:

⏱️ Return & Refund Time

Customers can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving the product.
After 24 hours, requests will not be accepted.

📦 Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if:
✔ The product is damaged
✔ Wrong product is delivered
✔ Size issue (only if applicable)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
✖ Product is used or worn
✖ Product is damaged by the customer
✖ Custom-made / personalized items (non-returnable)

🔄 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed
• Refund will be issued within 3–7 business days
• Refund will be sent via:
  • Bank Transfer / UPI / Original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers may need to bear return shipping charges (if applicable)
• In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
